Job Description

  • Sales Execution & Negotiation: Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing high-value deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain trusted client relationships through in-person meetings, field visits, and virtual interactions. Understand client needs and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals to address their business challenges.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Manage and prioritize the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, ensuring smooth progression through the funnel, and maintaining accurate CRM records for forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to co-create customized solutions and ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Market & Account Intelligence: Conduct research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
