We are seeking a senior consulting leader to drive enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives for global Manufacturing and Industrial clients. This role is designed for a Director-level professional who brings deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platforms, and Industry 4.0, and who operates as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
The role combines strategic consulting, hands-on architecture leadership, presales contribution, and capability building, aligned to a modern consulting delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting & Client Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs, Digital Manufacturing leaders, Engineering Heads, and Technology executives.
- Lead discovery, assessment, and advisory engagements across business, data, application, and deployment architectures.
- Define outcome-oriented enterprise and solution architecture roadmaps aligned to manufacturing transformation goals
Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 Transformation
- Lead architecture and solution design for Digital Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and Smart Factory initiatives.
- Design scalable platforms leveraging Digital Twin, simulation, AI/ML, IoT integration, Unified Namespace (UNS), SCADA, MES, and engineering data platforms.
- Drive modernization of engineering and manufacturing operations through cloud-enabled, simulation-driven, and data-centric workflows.
Enterprise & Cloud Architecture Leadership
- Define target-state enterprise and solution architectures aligned to business priorities.
- Lead cloud adoption, migration, and modernization strategies across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
- Drive modernization of legacy and engineering-heavy platforms to cloud-native architectures. Engineering Excellence & Delivery Enablement
- Champion modern engineering practices including DevSecOps, SRE, platform engineering, and AI-first delivery.
- Establish architecture governance while enabling autonomous, high-performing delivery teams.
- Drive standards for resilience, performance, security, and cloud cost optimization. Presales, Value Engineering & Thought Leadership
- Support presales through solution narratives, architecture strategies, PoVs, and executive presentations.
- Contribute to go-to-market assets, whitepapers, and industry thought leadership in Manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
- Mentor and grow senior architects and consulting leaders across geographies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 20+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Consulting roles.
- Strong consulting background with senior client-facing advisory experience.
- Deep expertise in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing, Smart Factory, and engineering platforms.
- Strong expertise in Cloud Strategy, Multi-Cloud Architecture, and Cloud Migration.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technology strategy into business outcomes.
