Primary Responsibility:

1.Defining architecture standards for the bank

2 Working closely with Solution Architects/Technical Architects to ensure that the architecture standards are followed

3 Ensuring that the architecture artifacts are updated and are current

4 Help businesses and technology teams in developing end-state architecture

5 Create Frameworks and prepare strategy documents on key technology and business domains

6 Provide supervision and guidance to Development and Engineering /teams

7 Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented

8 Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have

9 Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed

10 Drive architecture and design workshops/discussions for IT and Business Heads
