About RADcube LLC
RADcube is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to serve as the VP's right-hand partner for delivery execution and enterprise architecture. This role blends people leadership, DevOps/SDLC governance, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing communication. You will coordinate priorities across business units, keep delivery on track, standardize engineering practices, and produce clear architecture/infra/process diagrams that guide teams and inform executives and clients.
We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Architect with 8-12 years of experience to lead full-stack development initiatives. This role is ideal for technology leaders who have strong hands-on expertise in modern architectures, cloud platforms, and AI-based enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Delivery Operations

- Translate strategy into quarterly roadmaps with milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes; surface trade-offs early with options.
- Coach tech leads; partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, growth plans, and performance feedback.
DevOps & SDLC Governance
- Define and enforce SDLC standards (branching, PR/code review, DoR/DoD, test strategy, peer reviews).
- Lead CI/CD and environments strategy; oversee release/change/incident/problem management (ITIL-aligned).
- Track quality gates (automated test coverage, escape rate, MTTR/MTBF, change failure rate) and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish engineering best practices for full-stack development, integration patterns, reliability, and scalability.
Architecture & Diagrams (Apps / Integration / Infra / Data / Process)
- Design scalable enterprise solutions using cloud and microservices where appropriate.
- Produce and maintain clear diagrams (Visio/Lucid/draw.io): reference architectures, integration maps, infra topologies, data flows, and process swimlanes.
- Guide teams on API standards, observability, resilience, and cost/performance trade-offs.
- Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance expectations (e.g., ISO 27001/SOC 2).
- Provide architectural guidance and mentoring; review designs for cloud readiness (AWS/Azure/GCP), scalability, security, and availability.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Automation:
- Align with Product, PMO, QA, Security, Data, and Finance on scope, sequence, and success criteria.
- Facilitate decision forums; convert ambiguous requirements into executable plans with owners and dates.
- Optimize resource planning and leverage automation to improve cost efficiency and throughput.
Client-Facing Communication & Executive Presence
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, architecture reviews, and executive status readouts.
- Create concise briefs, options analyses, and RACI for major initiatives.
AI/Automation (Supportive, not primary)
- Where relevant, help teams incorporate automation and AI to improve quality, speed, or costwithout making AI the job's core.
