Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive technology strategy, define enterprise architecture blueprints, and lead roadmap initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong expertise in architecture governance, tools, and end-to-end transformation engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture vision, and roadmap
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture (EA) blueprints aligned with business goals
- Establish and manage EA governance frameworks and EA office functions
- Evaluate and implement enterprise architecture tools and frameworks
- Provide architectural oversight across application, data, integration, and infrastructure domains
- Lead and deliver end-to-end architecture strategy and transformation engagements
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of architecture standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture blueprinting, and roadmap development
- Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., TOGAF-based tools, ArchiMate, etc.)
- Strong understanding of EA governance models and operating frameworks
- Working knowledge of application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture
- Demonstrated experience in delivering multiple end-to-end architecture strategy engagements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
- Experience working in large-scale, complex enterprise environments
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
