Enterprise Architect

Enterprise Architecture experience with TOGAF.

• You bring 15+ years experience as a senior system engineer or architect and have delivered enterprise solutions for large scale data stores (transactional and ODS), integrations, or in support of customer-facing enterprise applications (eCommerce, Web, or mobile apps). Preferably, you also have performed this role in leadership capacity with delivery responsibilities of a major system.
• You have experience working in a federated, global Enterprise Architecture organizational structure, and have a proven track record of success collaborating with business customers, engineers, QA, and business analysts within a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
• You possess strong (written & spoken) communication skills along with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes. Additionally, you are proficient in documenting architectural designs using MS-Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, or Lucid Charts.
• Additional preferred skills:
• You have experience with Enterprise Architecture tools (Abacus, LeanIX, HOPEX, etc.) and implementing in a Global IT organization.
• You hold Solution Architect, Open Group CA / TOGAF, or Cloud Architect certifications as a strong plus.
• You are experienced working in an Agile/Scrum Development Environment, specifically with supplying architectural support into Agile teams and driving architectural spikes.
• You are experienced with enterprise business applications used for commercial and manufacturing functions, such as Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion), Salesforce, and Camstar MES, as well as integration technology such as Kafka event bus, Apigee API management, and associated connectivity patterns.
• You have exposure to generative AI, ML, and advanced analytical technologies as a desirable qualification.
• Ideally you have knowledge of provider-sponsored health insurance systems/processes and the Healthcare industry.
