About the Role
As a Enterprise Architect, you will design solutions to complex healthcare problems. This role requires strong solution architecture skills, an ability to connect business needs to technology architecture, strategy, and resources while operating in an ambiguous, constrained, and fast moving environment. The focus is on delivering an optimal architecture encompassing plans, product enhancements, timelines and other collaterals that enable the Customer Engineering teams to execute.
A Day in the Life
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their pain points and translate those into technical deliverables
- Create a well-constructed solution that takes all factors into account business objectives, data requirements, analytics & product functionality
- Work directly with customer environments that are complex, fragmented, and imperfect and drive solutions to production despite constraints
- Develop integration strategy, data models and quality checks that can handle a large variety of healthcare data for an increasing set of end use-cases like Revenue Cycle management, Prior Authorization, Population Health Management etc
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data quality, system, and model issues in production.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to align product and platform capabilities with real world requirements.
Must have Skills:
- Understandung Healthcare Workflow (POP Health, RCM, Care Management)
- Knowledge of Data Platform (Ingestions, API etc.)
- Well versed with onshore/offshore delivery economics as well as Exp in SOW and RFP Structuring.
What You Need
- 15 plus years of data engineering & architecture experience
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex jargon into business value for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of enterprise solutions and deep technical expertise and consulting acumen to effectively guide customer engineering teams
- Experience working with healthcare data and an understanding of regulatory and compliance constraints
- Expertise in Python and SQL and familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and resource constrained environments
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive outcomes end to end
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with US Healthcare cost & utilization management, or clinical analytics
- Experience with Prior Authorization, Revenue Cycle Management
- Experience working with payer or provider scale data ecosystems
