Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Leadership

  • Define and lead the evolution of Enterprise Architecture strategy, services, and operating model.
  • Establish IT's target-state architecture vision and oversee execution roadmaps.
  • Conduct enterprise-wide gap analyses and recommend actionable remediation plans.
  • Continuously mature architecture governance, standards, and best practices.

People & Capability Management

  • Build, recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Architects.
  • Foster collaboration across architecture domains (business, application, data, infrastructure).
  • Create and manage an architecture practitioner network to promote consistency and reuse.

Strategic Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Advise executive leadership on strategic IT investments aligned with business outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders and product managers to assess technology risks and trade-offs.
  • Communicate the value of enterprise architecture across IT and business units.
  • Establish and manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Technology Strategy & Governance

  • Lead discussions on technology planning, modernization, and investment prioritization.
  • Ensure adherence to architecture standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Identify emerging technologies and assess their relevance to business strategy.
  • Promote alignment across Cloud, SaaS, APIs, analytics, and integration platforms.
