Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Leadership

Define and lead the evolution of Enterprise Architecture strategy, services, and operating model.
Establish IT's target-state architecture vision and oversee execution roadmaps.
Conduct enterprise-wide gap analyses and recommend actionable remediation plans.
Continuously mature architecture governance, standards, and best practices.

People & Capability Management

Build, recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Architects.
Foster collaboration across architecture domains (business, application, data, infrastructure).
Create and manage an architecture practitioner network to promote consistency and reuse.

Strategic Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

Advise executive leadership on strategic IT investments aligned with business outcomes.
Partner with business leaders and product managers to assess technology risks and trade-offs.
Communicate the value of enterprise architecture across IT and business units.
Establish and manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Technology Strategy & Governance

Lead discussions on technology planning, modernization, and investment prioritization.
Ensure adherence to architecture standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
Identify emerging technologies and assess their relevance to business strategy.
Promote alignment across Cloud, SaaS, APIs, analytics, and integration platforms.
