Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Architect with extensive expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI), large language models (LLM), and Big Data technologies. The ideal candidate will bring over 18 years of experience designing and leading sophisticated AI-driven and big data solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and organizational transformation. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver scalable, state-of-the-art solutions that enhance business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecting Gen AI Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, AI-driven systems utilizing Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models to address complex business challenges.
- Big Data Strategy and Architecture: Develop strategies for Big Data ecosystems, optimizing data architecture for performance, security, and scalability. Deploy platforms like Hadoop, Spark, and others to support data-intensive applications.
- AI/ML Model Development: Guide the creation and deployment of advanced machine learning models, emphasizing LLMs, natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and generative AI applications.
- End-to-End Solution Design: Oversee the entire lifecycle of solution architecture, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and compliance standards.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into highly technical solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to technical teams.
- Technical Innovation: Promote the adoption of emerging AI/ML technologies and trends, focusing on Gen AI, LLM, and Big Data, to cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of AI/ML and Big Data architectures by implementing best practices for optimization and real-time processing.
- Security and Compliance: Manage the security architecture of AI and Big Data solutions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, focusing on AI, ML, Big Data, and cloud-based solutions.
- Proficiency in Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies, Large Language Models (LLM), and NLP.
- Deep expertise in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, and in data architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Proven success in delivering large-scale, high-performance AI and Big Data solutions.
- Thorough understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams, fostering innovation and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
