Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Experience: 15 to 20 Years

Work Location: Bavdhan, Pune (Work from Office only)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and govern Excellon's overall enterprise architecture, covering:

Applications and platforms Data and analytics Integrations and event-driven systems

AI / agentic enablement

Own architecture standards for:

Database design System integration Event and service orchestration

Ensure alignment between:

Client business objectives Excellon product roadmap Technology stack decisions

Drive modernization initiatives across legacy and new systems.

Act as a senior technology advisor for large enterprise clients.

Review and approve solution designs for correctness and scalability.

Guide adoption of agentic and AI-first architectures.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

15+ years in enterprise / solution architecture roles with Strong background in:

Database and data modelling System integration Distributed and event-driven systems

Proven experience handling complex, multi-system enterprise landscapes.

Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.

MANDATORY TECHNOLOGY STACK EXPERTISE:

NodeJS, Python (Extremely good in coding and code review)

Postgres, SQL Server, MongoDB

Azure Cloud

Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes

Data lake design, ETL pipeline, analytics reports
