As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across multiple teams to achieve a cohesive and efficient architecture framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture principles and standards to ensure alignment across the organization.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve architectural challenges and promote best practices.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural frameworks relevant to enterprise solutions.
• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java Enterprise Edition.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and middleware to support enterprise-wide connectivity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable and innovative architecture solutions.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
