Summary:

As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve architectural challenges, promoting innovation and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Core Infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud architecture design and deployment in large-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with network architecture, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Expertise in integrating cloud services with existing enterprise systems.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
