Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Tester to join Enterprise Application team of Entain. Enterprise Application Team manages multiple applications for Entain & Oracle HCM is one of the critical applications for multiple processes.
- Responsible for testing the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) suite to ensure the functionality, stability, and accuracy of HR processes.
- Responsible for analysing application features, designing test scenarios/test cases that cover end to end functional testing, executing tests, defect logging & tracking to closure and preparing test summary report.
- Should be able to understand the Requirements, Specifications, provide necessary inputs functionally during software design.
- Interpret & understand business and technical diagrams to drive test strategies.
- Responsible for understanding functional requirements & assist Business Analyst & Scrum in sprint processes.
- Responsible for coordinating UAT sessions with stakeholders & perform necessary demos for important features & functionalities.
- Provide estimations of all the QA activities
- Author, maintain and execute functional test cases and prepare test plan for complex requirements.
- Exposure to Agile Scrum and other software development lifecycles.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of Hands-on experience in functional, automation , regression and integration testing for Oracle HCM.
- Good hands on with creating, maintaining manual test plan, test cases & test suits.
- Knowledge of any Defect Management Tool like Jira, QC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good communication skills, willingness to understand the need of business stakeholders as well as developers across teams.
- Deep Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods & tools.
- Knowledge in creating test strategies for complex systems.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and out of box thinking.
- Understanding & Knowledge on SDLC & STLC Process.
Good To Have
Oracle certification and accreditation in HCM
Professional certification (such as ISTQB) is preferred.
Good to have experience in API testing & Automation testing.
Professional qualification (such as in accounting or HR) is beneficial.
Testing experience of ServiceNow, JIRA etc. can be helpful for EUS Apps team
