We are looking for experienced Application Developer – EAI professionals who can combine strong hands-on integration expertise with technical leadership and delivery ownership.

This role is suited for professionals with deep experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), enterprise integration architecture, APIs, messaging, deployment automation, and troubleshooting of complex integration environments.

What You'll Own

• Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of assigned integration initiatives

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of the squad's integration solutions

• Guide technical teams and help drive key engineering decisions

• Design, develop and maintain integrations using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB)

• Implement enterprise integration patterns, APIs, messaging solutions and data transformations

• Contribute to event-driven integration architectures

• Support testing, deployments, troubleshooting and continuous improvement

• Work with deployment automation and production-support processes

• Ensure solutions follow established CI/CD practices and development standards

• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners and business stakeholders

• Mentor team members and support technical capability development

• Deliver assignments in a structured manner within agreed timelines

You should be comfortable understanding complex enterprise integration requirements, designing scalable solutions, guiding developers, resolving technical challenges, supporting deployments, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
