Rockwoods is seeking for Senior Manager of Enterprise & Growth Strategy aids leadership in defining and executing corporate, product, and expansion plans for an ICT firm pivoting toward digital, managed, and subscription-based revenue models. This position prioritizes market intelligence, portfolio refinement, and go-to-market planning to guarantee that all strategic paths are execution-focused, data-driven, and commercially sound.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the creation of a corporate strategy that prioritizes managed services and digital offerings.
- Assess the current service portfolio to determine growth priorities and phase out non-strategic or low-value services.
- Use structured logic such as keep, fix, or exit to manage strategic trade-offs.
- Create and refresh TAM, SAM, and TOM frameworks across priority industries (like BFSI, Government, and Oil & Gas), regions, and tech domains (AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity).
- Turn market data into compelling investment cases and revenue projections.
- Help define the scope of services, focusing on core integration and scalable, recurring offerings.
- Evaluate the pros and cons of internal development versus external partnerships across the value chain.
- Help design go-to-market strategies tailored by geography, vertical, and specific service lines.
- Draft strategies for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client value.
- Coordinate with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure strategic goals are aligned with operational realities.

Experience & Profile

- Proven expertise in market analysis, financial modeling, and go-to-market execution.
- A strong background in or preference for managed services and recurring revenue business models.
