Role: Enterprise AI Security Sales Director / Field CISO – India
Location: Remote (India) | 30–40% Travel

About the Role:
This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on AI Security and Cybersecurity Consulting sales.
You will work directly with enterprise security leaders, build trusted relationships, represent Kapalins in the cybersecurity ecosystem, and help grow our AI security business across India.
This role is ideal for someone who has:
• Strong CISO/CTO network
• Experience selling cybersecurity solutions/services
• Exposure to AI/ML or AI security conversations
• Startup mindset and ability to build from scratch
This is *not* a marketing role, not a customer success role, and not an engineering role. It's enterprise sales for a mission-critical security product, with the credibility and domain depth to be trusted by enterprise buyers.
What You'll Do:
• Build and manage relationships with CISOs, CTOs, security architects, and enterprise leaders
• Drive sales of Kapalins AI Security Assessments and remediation solutions
• Generate and manage enterprise pipeline across Banking, Healthcare, Government, Energy, and Retail sectors
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure
• Represent Kapalins at cybersecurity conferences, events, podcasts, and leadership forums
• Develop partnerships with System Integrators and consulting firms
• Position Kapalins as a trusted AI Security advisor in the Indian market
• Build a qualified pipeline of $1M+ within the first 6 months
What We're Looking For:
• 10+ years in Enterprise Sales
• 3+ years in Cybersecurity Consulting / Advisory / Security Sales
• Existing network with enterprise CISOs and CTOs in India
• Proven experience generating enterprise cybersecurity revenue
• Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of AI Security concepts such as:

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: ₹18–25 LPA
• Uncapped Commission Structure:
Tier 1 → 8% on first $300K
Tier 2 → 10% on $300K–$700K
Tier 3 → 12% on $700K–$1.2M
Tier 4 → 15% above $1.2M
