The Opportunity

Mosaic is building deep global AI delivery capability and needs architectural expertise. As our Enterprise AI Architect, you will set the technical foundations that the practice builds on: reference architectures, ERP-to-AI integration patterns, build-versus-buy frameworks, and governance standards. You will advise clients, shape AI strategy roadmaps, lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, and help Mosaic win and shape new engagements. This role demands genuine enterprise seniority and a real, demonstrated pivot into GenAI — not one or the other.

What You Will Do

• Set reference architectures and delivery patterns for agentic AI, RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise AI integration
• Make build-versus-buy and hosted-versus-self-hosted calls — including open-weight models for regulated or data-sensitive environments
• Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, priorities and roadmaps — tying every recommendation to a measurable business outcome
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams; set technical standards, mentor consultants and developers, and build reusable practice IP
• Shape and win new engagements: scope, estimate, write, and present in ways that bring clients to the table
• Govern AI responsibly: data residency, hallucination risk, security, and regulatory compliance in enterprise settings
• Stay ahead of a fast-moving field — evaluate new tooling and model capabilities and make durable decisions as the landscape shifts

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years in technology delivery — solution architecture, data and analytics leadership, or software architecture on large client programmes
• Clear evidence of leading the move into GenAI and agentic architectures over the last 1–2 years: RAG, multi-agent orchestration, evals, and guardrails
• Substantial ML, data science, or data engineering foundations — this depth pays off most in architecture and LLMOps work
• Hands-on experience in one or more enterprise ecosystems: SAP, Salesforce, UKG, Workday, or ServiceNow
• Direct experience with frontier model APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT) and cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI)
• Proven ability to advise senior client stakeholders and shape AI strategy at an organisational level
• Degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Must be authorised to work in Singapore — sponsorship is not available for this role

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of vendor AI offerings (SAP Joule, Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow AI) — enough to judge quickly where each fits and where custom agents on frontier models serve the client better
• Consulting or professional services background — client delivery, not just internal technology
• Domain exposure in Finance, Asset Management, Sales, Workforce Management
