Job Description:

• The role is a coaching engagement:
• coaching client teams (team / POD / Sub Domain level) on adopting a product operating model as two firms come together. The deliverable is consistent training and hands-on coaching across client firm teams.

Additional Information:

• Mandatory Skills - Enterprise / agile / product coach background (e.g. SPC, PST, ICP-ACC, or equivalent practitioner experience)
• Nice to have skills - Product Operating model, Agile product development, agile coaching,Consulting acumen, Financial services knowledge
• Interview Mode - Virtual Interview
• Work Model - Remote
