Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team in India. This role is pivotal in driving new business and expanding our enterprise customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to high-level prospects, building relationships, and closing deals, all while working in collaboration with our marketing and sales teams.

This individual will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients, particularly within the digital marketing, SEO, and tech sectors, with an emphasis on SaaS and PaaS subscription packages. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities by researching and identifying key decision-makers within enterprise-level companies.
  • Generate interest through strategic lead generation efforts, including emails, direct calls, networking, and social media.
  • Qualify prospects, set up meetings, and guide them through the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on Optiwise.ai's products and services.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and drive upsell opportunities with clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and webinars, representing Optiwise.ai to build the brand and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to solve complex business problems and navigate to the right decision-makers for meetings.
  • Maintain a focus on results, ensuring goals and priorities are met.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years of proven success selling to North American enterprise clients.
  • Extensive experience selling digital marketing, SEO, SaaS/PaaS, and tech-related products and services (eCommerce experience is a plus).
  • Advanced problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a remote team structure.
  • Availability during North American business hours (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
