ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth across Mid-Market and SMB segments. You will own the full sales cycle for our email security and email marketing product suite — from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close — with a clear focus on target vs. achievement accountability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets across Mid-Market and SMB accounts in your territory
  • Conduct field sales activities including client visits and on-site presentations
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects for email security and email marketing solutions
  • Track and report target vs. achievement metrics with full ownership of your number
  • Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners to drive co-sell and referral opportunities
  • Collaborate with the product and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • MBA from a recognised institution Must have
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record Must have
  • Prior experience in the IT industry — SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or martech preferred Must have
  • Hands-on experience in field sales with comfort in frequent client-facing engagements
  • Strong target orientation with a data-driven approach to pipeline and forecasting
  • Experience working with or through channel partners / resellers Bonus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

WORK ARRANGEMENT

  • Based in Noida — full-time, on-site role. No remote / work-from-home option available
  • Frequent field travel within the assigned territory is expected
