Role Summary: You will be an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) responsible for managing relationships with the company's most valuable customers. This is a high impact role where you will drive long term retention, upsell, and account success.
Core Responsibilities: You'll act as the single point of accountability for your accounts, owning the relationships with key decision makers and ensuring a high health score. You will provide pre sales support, create engagement plans, and lead the end to end renewal process. A key part of your role is to drive cross sell and upsell of insurance, wellness programs, and healthcare solutions, with a target of 10% of revenue from upsells. You will also own strategic reviews and work with internal teams to activate health services for your accounts.
Experience & Skills: The ideal candidate has 8 to 15 years of experience in employee benefits broking, with a deep understanding of group health insurance. You should have a proven track record of leading high performing teams and a strong ability to manage complex corporate clients. Expertise in claims analysis, policy benchmarking, and benefits plan design is also required.
