Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for an Enterprise Account Manager at HDFC Bank. The role involves managing and expanding key client relationships, generating new leads, identifying growth opportunities, and closing sales to achieve revenue goals. The Enterprise Account Manager will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions, while also ensuring seamless sales operations and driving business development strategies. The role requires a customer-centric approach and proactive engagement with internal teams to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Account Management and nurturing client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
  • Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to achieve targets and optimize processes
  • Proficiency in Business Development, including identifying and executing strategies to expand the client base
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with market trends across the banking sector
