Role Overview

Tessell is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business

growth in UK&I

We are looking for someone who thrives in building markets, opening new enterprise

relationships, and driving complex modernization conversations with large customers. The ideal

candidate is commercially sharp, highly proactive, and comfortable operating in an early-stage,

fast-moving environment.

This role will focus heavily on net-new logo acquisition and strategic enterprise expansion

across industries such as Financial Services, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology.

What You Will Do

Drive Net-New Enterprise Business

  • Identify, engage, and develop enterprise opportunities across the assigned region
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, ecosystem

engagement, and executive networking

  • Drive opportunities from discovery through workshops, POVs, negotiation, and closure

Work Closely with Cloud Ecosystems

  • Collaborate with Microsoft, AWS, and strategic partners to drive co-sell motions
  • Participate in joint account planning and cloud migration initiatives
  • Understand and leverage programs such as Marketplace, MACC, ECIF, and cloud

consumption models

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Alliances, and

Leadership teams

  • Support workshops, customer evaluations, and executive business reviews
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy

What We Are Looking For

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, platform, or enterprise

software.

  • Strong track record of net-new logo acquisition and enterprise hunting
  • Experience selling into large enterprise environments ($1B+ organizations preferred)
  • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Consistent achievement of quota and pipeline generation targets

Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Cloud infrastructure or platform services
  • Database technologies or modernization initiatives
  • Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud solutions
  • Cloud partnerships and co-sell motions
