Job Role: Enterprise Account Executive  

 

Job Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Role Description 

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding sales team at SmartWinnr. This role involves owning the top of the sales funnel—from prospecting and outreach to initial engagement and demo scheduling. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, qualifying prospects, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

  • Own and manage your pipeline of prospects across various industries.
  • Build a qualified lead database with accurate contact and company information.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including partnership channels.
  • Conduct engaging web product demonstrations covering both business and technical aspects.
  • Travel within the city to conduct in-person meetings with key decision-makers.

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Conduct systematic research to generate high-quality leads.
  • Leverage sales tools and platforms to track outreach and lead conversions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of SmartWinnr's value proposition, tools, and offerings.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Maintain up-to-date activity logs and pipeline metrics.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to support conversion and closure.
  • Achieve and exceed key KPIs and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

Professional Expertise

  • 10–12 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and enterprise clients.

Sales & Tech Skills

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with sales tools, CRMs, and online presentation platforms.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital selling.

Personal Attributes

  • High level of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for sales and strategic problem-solving.
