Who are we looking for

  • 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
  • Lead generation expert - you build your own pipeline from scratch
  • End-to-end sales experience - cold outreach to closure
  • Experience selling to Indian and global markets (US/EU/EMEA/APAC)
  • Comfortable with in-person client meetings
  • Consistent quota achiever with hunter mentality

What will you do

  • Generate qualified leads independently through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking
  • Own the complete sales cycle - prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closure
  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles and decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver tailored demos
  • Meet prospects in person to build relationships and close deals
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across target markets
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and revenue
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and report on pipeline metrics
