Osettl Technologies builds Legodesk — India's debt recovery and legal automation platform for banks, NBFCs, ARCs, and law firms. We work across SARFAESI, IBC/NCLT, DRT, and Section 138 NI Act workflows, helping lenders recover faster with less legal overhead. Backed by institutional investors and led by a founding team with deep legal-tech and BFSI experience.

The Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for mid-to-large BFSI accounts — NBFCs, ARCs, private banks, and select PSU banks. You're not cold-calling from scratch; an SDR feeds you qualified meetings, and founders join you for trust-building and closing. Your job is to run disciplined discovery, scope pilots, navigate empanelment processes, and convert pilots into multi-year contracts.

What You'll Do

  • Own the pipeline from qualified meeting → pilot → signed contract for assigned BFSI accounts
  • Run structured discovery with Collections Heads, CROs, Legal Heads, and CIOs to map pain across SARFAESI/IBC/DRT/Section 138 workflows
  • Deliver tailored Legodesk demos — not feature dumps, but workflow-specific walkthroughs
  • Build and manage account plans for top 20 target logos; track multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Navigate empanelment, vendor onboarding, InfoSec reviews, and DPDP Act 2023 compliance questionnaires
  • Partner with founders on commercial negotiation, pricing, and contract closure
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene in CRM (weekly cadence with Ravi)
  • Feed product feedback to Mohan and the tech team — you're the voice of the customer

What You Bring

Must-have

  • 4–7 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into BFSI (banks, NBFCs, ARCs, or fintech)
  • Proven track record of closing ₹10L+ ACV deals with 3–6 month sales cycles
  • Hands-on experience navigating bank/NBFC empanelment, RFPs, and vendor security reviews
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling ability — you ask better questions than you pitch
  • CRM discipline (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Comfort working closely with founders in a build-as-you-go environment

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to legaltech, regtech, collections tech, or LOS/LMS platforms
  • Familiarity with debt recovery frameworks (SARFAESI, IBC, DRT, NI Act)
  • Existing relationships with Collections / Legal / Recovery leaders in Indian BFSI
  • Prior experience at a startup (you know the difference between selling at HDFC vs. selling for a 30-person company)
