Job Description:
We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
● Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
● Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
● Identify new business opportunities and upsell existing accounts
● Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
● Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.
● Keeping accurate records pertaining to an account.
● Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
● Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
● Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
● Identifying industry trends.
● Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Requirements:
● 3-4 Years of experience
● Bachelor's degree in business, sales or related field.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent negotiation and active listening skills
● Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.
● Strong problem-solving skills.
● Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
● Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.
● Ability to deeply & accurately grasp product knowledge.
