Role Description The Entern role at Kotak Life is a full-time position based in Nashik with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some flexibility to work from home. The Entern will support day-to-day activities such as assisting with customer data management, preparing basic reports, and helping the team with documentation and coordination tasks. Responsibilities may include following up on customer queries under supervision, supporting sales or operations teams with administrative work, and updating internal systems accurately. The role also involves learning Kotak Life's products, processes, and compliance guidelines, as well as participating in training sessions and team meetings. This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the life insurance industry and help develop professional skills in a structured environment.
