| It serves as a critical backfill for Juergen,who has been a primary key resource for managing EMEAL DACH SharePoint Onpremise environment and supporting ongoing operations, stability, and governance of the environment. The role drives SharePoint On-premise and M365 Collaboration Operations, modernization, and migration initiatives, while also enhancing user adoption and aligning collaboration services with organizational standards and strategic objectives. |
| L2/L3 Admin skills on M365 Collaboration workloads |
1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in SharePoint On-Premise and M365 Collaboration Workloads 2. Complete understanding and Hands on experience in: a. Strong background in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other M365 suite of app implementation. b. SharePoint On-Premise 2019, SPSE and SharePoint online administration and troubleshooting b. SharePoint On-Premise to SharePoint Online sites Migrations c. Expertise in Analysis and resolution of various issues faced by clients on both IIS and SharePoint usage. d. MS Teams administration, Migration and troubleshooting. e. Understanding of M365 Collaboration workloads governance 3. Intermediate level experience/understanding on: a. SharePoint On-Premise 2019,SPSE and SPO administration 4. PowerShell scripting: In depth Knowledge 5. Good communication skills |
