Tattvan eClinic, partnered with AAME, is transforming healthcare education in India with the Swasthyaveer course for aspiring and current professionals in pharmacy and life sciences. Our goal is to empower the next generation of certified diabetes educators through digital-first learning.

Role Overview

As an Enrollment Advisor Intern, you will play a vital role supporting prospective students through their learning journey — from initial inquiry to successful enrollment. You'll gain hands-on experience in advising, admissions, EdTech sales, and supporting learners as they make important career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email to answer queries about the course
Guide students through the enrollment process, addressing concerns and building trust
Assist in organizing online info sessions, webinars, or Q&A events
Maintain and update student records in the CRM or spreadsheets
Follow up with leads using personalized communication and nurture sequences
Support the admissions team in daily operations, reporting, and process improvements

Learning and Growth Opportunities

Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced EdTech and healthcare education advisors
Gain exposure to CRM, digital communication, and lead management tools
Learn practical skills in student counseling, objection handling, and admissions strategy
High-performing interns may be offered full-time roles after successful completion

Requirements

Graduate (or currently pursuing) in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, B.Sc./M.Sc., or any related stream
Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in education/career guidance
Organised, proactive, and motivated to help others succeed
