Roles & Responsibilities:

• Follow up with insurance providers for claims resolution
• Handle denials and rejections specifically related to the mentioned specialties
• Identify billing issues and take corrective actions
• Work on appeals and re-submissions as necessary
• Maintain documentation and update the billing system accurately
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific requirements
