What You'll Be Doing
- As a network engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain python scripts to automate workflows for the Wireless NMC.
- You will also conduct data analysis, diving deep into wireless network trouble tickets and alarms to identify trends and their business impact. A key aspect of your role will involve interpreting wireless network trouble ticket worklog entries by understanding existing automation workflows to effectively answer end-user questions.

You'll Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems and applications.
- Proficiency in computer programming.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for analyzing complex solutions and problems.
- Experience with Oracle/SQL database administration.
- The ability to quickly learn, adapt, and convert code to new scripting languages.
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes overlap with US day shift (specifically for weekly staff meetings and initial training).
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or Economics.
- Experience with large-scale IT systems.
- Python certification.
- Experience with Javascript & React for web-based tool development.
- Experience with the Kubernetes orchestration system.
- Project management skills.
- Experience providing support to hundreds of users of developed applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to quality and user satisfaction.
