Job Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective English training sessions for students preparing for SAT, ACT, and other standardized tests.
• Develop customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
• Provide constructive feedback and assessment to track student progress and improve their performance.
• Create innovative educational materials to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with a team of tutors to share best practices and develop a cohesive curriculum.
• Stay updated with current trends in test preparation and English language teaching methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using technology for teaching (e.g., online platforms, virtual classrooms).

Desired Experience

• Previous experience as an English trainer or tutor, preferably in test preparation.
• Familiarity with SAT, ACT, or other standardized tests is a plus.
• Experience in creating lesson plans and educational resources.
• Proven track record of helping students achieve their academic goals.
