Key Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated English content based on K10-level grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing standards.
• Simulate tutoring sessions to train AI in providing accurate, age-appropriate language instruction.
• Offer constructive feedback to improve AI responses for clarity, tone, and educational relevance.
• Design prompts and tasks reflecting real classroom or tutoring scenarios.
• Collaborate with AI teams to ensure pedagogical accuracy and enhance the model's instructional quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of K10 English curriculum and instructional methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring English at the K10 level is preferred.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms is an advantage.
