Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site English Tutor role located in Madurai. The English Tutor will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students, catering to their individual learning needs. Responsibilities include instructing learners in English grammar, developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing personalized feedback. The tutor may also conduct online tutoring sessions and facilitate additional learning support when needed to improve students proficiency and confidence in English.
Qualifications
- Skills in English Teaching, Tutoring, and Online Tutoring
- Proficiency in English Grammar and Communication abilities
- Passion for education and ability to engage and motivate students effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and execute lessons
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
