Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online English Tutor to teach CBSE students. The tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging online lessons, improving students reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills, and helping them achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or group online English classes for CBSE students.
- Teach grammar, literature, writing skills, reading comprehension, and spoken English.
- Prepare lesson plans and study materials aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Assist students with homework, assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments and regular feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide personalized support.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
- Maintain a positive and interactive online learning environment.
- Communicate with parents regarding student performance when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE English syllabus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
