Job Summary
Virtual Building Studio is looking for a highly skilled English Trainer with minimum 2 years of experience to train employees in effective English communication. The ideal candidate should be excellent at corporate English training, capable of handling one-on-one sessions, team training, and conducting both online and offline classes. Experience as an IELTS Trainer is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English communication training for professionals in the AEC industry
- Deliver one-on-one and group/team training sessions
- Train employees in spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and professional communication
- Conduct training sessions for improving Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening skills
- Design customized training modules based on individual and team requirements
- Conduct both online and offline training programs
- Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback
- Create an engaging, practical, and result-oriented learning environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent command over spoken and written English
- Strong training and presentation skills
- Proven ability to train working professionals
- IELTS Trainer experience (mandatory)
- Good understanding of corporate communication needs
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (added advantage)
