English Teacher

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Teacher located at our campus in Bengaluru. The role involves designing and delivering engaging and effective English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum guidelines. Responsibilities include planning lessons, assessing student progress, fostering communication skills, and creating an inspiring learning environment. The English Teacher will also guide students in developing their critical thinking, creativity, and appreciation of literature, while collaborating with colleagues to design innovative teaching strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in English or relevant subject

B.Ed. (Mandatory)

Master's Degree preferred

3–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE schools preferred

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum objectives

Develop students reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials

Conduct assessments and maintain student records

Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement

Use digital platforms such as Google Classroom for assignments and communication

Participate in meetings, school activities, and parent interactions

Follow school policies, academic standards, and timelines
