Job description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our team, specializing in First Language English under the Cambridge curriculum for Secondary School (Classes 46) and High School (Classes 910).

Pay:

• Secondary School (Classes 46): 25,000.00 35,000.00 per month-1 Position
• High School (Classes 910): 35,000.00 45,000.00 per month - 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in First Language English aligned with the Cambridge curriculum standards.
• Develop students skills in reading comprehension, grammar, creative writing, vocabulary, and literature analysis.
• Foster a deep understanding of language through interactive discussions, activity-based learning, and structured writing exercises.
• Encourage critical thinking, interpretation of texts, and effective communication skills.
• Plan and implement lesson plans, assignments, and classroom activities that support Cambridge learning objectives.
• Prepare High School students for Cambridge IGCSE examinations.
• Contribute to the school's academic environment by participating in staff meetings, curriculum planning, and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / English Literature, Education, or a related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
• Prior experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum or international curriculum will be an added advantage.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A dynamic teaching style that emphasizes interactive and inquiry-based learning.
