English teacher / On camera educator

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an English Teacher / On-Camera Educator based in Delhi, India.

We're looking for an English educator who will become the face of our English coaching brand that teaches kids, of age 8-18, to speak English fluently. You'll be delivering scripted and semi-scripted content for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) as well as structured lessons for an online course.

This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You will be the brand's on-screen personality, and we'll invest in building your personal brand alongside ours.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is on-camera teaching. Scripts, video editing, posting, thumbnails, and content strategy are all handled by our team and will be provided as needed.

Your focus areas are:

• Record course modules - deliver structured, curriculum-based video lessons for a paid course platform following the provided curriculum and lesson plans.
• Film content - deliver scripted Instagram Reels and YouTube videos on English tips, common mistakes, pronunciation, vocabulary, and spoken English lessons for children. (we will provide you scripts for all of this, all you have to do is focus on filming content)
• Teach online classes - Teach spoken English to groups of 5-7 students.

Qualifications

Must have:

• English teaching experience - formal or informal (school teaching, tutoring, coaching classes, online teaching). You understand how learners struggle and how to break things down simply.
• Excellent spoken English - clear pronunciation, natural fluency, and confident delivery. You don't need a native accent, you need to be fluent.
• Camera comfort - you don't need to be a polished YouTuber, but you should be comfortable speaking to a camera without freezing up.

Nice to have:

• TEFL, CELTA, B.Ed, or similar teaching certification or a degree with primary focus on English such as (B.A, B.A Hons.)

Compensation

30,000 45,000/month (based on experience) Hybrid
