Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Organize and deliver classroom lectures and manage coursework in alignment with the curriculum.
Prepare teaching materials and engaging activities to enhance the learning experience.
Assign homework and design interesting exercises to reinforce lesson objectives.
Identify students with special learning needs and develop individualized education plans.
Evaluate student performance through assignments and exams; determine and record grades.
Provide constructive feedback to students based on workload, participation, and behavior.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and performance.

Educational Qualifications

Master of Arts (MA) in English
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
