Role Description The English Teacher at Dominislearning is a full-time remote role responsible for planning and delivering engaging online English lessons that meet established learning objectives. Day-to-day tasks include designing lesson plans and instructional materials, conducting live virtual classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The English Teacher will adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels, integrate digital tools and activities, and maintain accurate records of student performance. Collaboration with other educators to refine curricula, participate in training, and contribute to educational content development is also part of this role. The position requires consistent availability during scheduled teaching hours and effective communication with learners, guardians, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with demonstrated experience instructing learners in English language and literature concepts.
• Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design structured, outcome-focused online lessons.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact clearly with learners, families, and team members.
• Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) are preferred.
• Experience with online teaching platforms, digital classroom tools, and remote instruction best practices.
• Strong classroom management in virtual settings, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to support diverse learners, including multilingual and neurodiverse students.
• Reliable internet connection, appropriate home workspace, and ability to work full-time in a remote environment.
