Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Bhopal. The English Teacher will design and deliver engaging English language lessons that strengthen learners communication, writing, and comprehension skills across varying proficiency levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals, conducting classroom sessions, facilitating activities that build spoken and written English, and assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams. The role also involves providing constructive feedback, maintaining academic records, collaborating with faculty and academic coordinators, and integrating digital tools or AI-powered platforms where appropriate. The teacher will contribute to student mentoring, academic support sessions, and initiatives that enhance career readiness and overall learner outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in English Teaching and Teaching, with demonstrated classroom management and learner engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies, including developing structured, outcome-focused lesson plans and assessments.
- Excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL/TESOL) are an advantage.
- Experience teaching English at school, college, training center, or edtech environments, preferably with blended or technology-enabled learning.
- Ability to use basic digital tools, learning platforms, and AI-enabled resources to support instruction and learner tracking.
- Strong interpersonal skills, learner-centered mindset, and willingness to collaborate with academic and administrative teams.
