English Teacher - Cambridge and IB

Podar ORT International School (IB), requires, English Teacher for Cambridge and DP programme.

• Bachelor's Degree in English / English Literature / Language Arts (Master's Degree preferred)

• B.Ed. / Teaching Qualification is mandatory

• IB MYP and/or IB DP teaching experience preferred

• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in reputed international / IB schools

• Strong understanding of IB curriculum frameworks, assessments, and inquiry-based learning

• Ability to teach English Language & Literature for MYP and/or DP levels

• Experience in lesson planning, unit planning, and formative/summative assessments aligned with IB standards

• Familiarity with ATL skills, interdisciplinary learning, and student-centred pedagogy

• Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills

• Proficiency in technology-integrated teaching and digital learning platforms

• Ability to guide students in critical thinking, research, and academic writing

• Strong collaboration skills with faculty, coordinators, and parents
