Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Teacher at our Dimapur center. The English Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons to students, develop effective lesson plans aligned with curricula, and assess students grasp of English concepts. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students to enhance communication skills, fostering an interactive learning environment, and participating in professional development initiatives to enhance teaching methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English Teaching and effective Teaching methodologies
  • Minimum 12+ Years of experience
  • Experience in Lesson Planning and Education techniques
  • Excellent oral and written Communication skills to engage and inspire students
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree or teaching certifications, such as B.Ed., is a plus)
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
