Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English-Speaking Call Center Executive, located in West Delhi. The role involves managing customer interactions efficiently via calls, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client inquiries or concerns. The Call Center Executive will also support sales objectives by promoting company services and collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and clearly with customers
  • Familiarity with Contact Centers and proven ability to handle call center technology and procedures
  • Background in Sales, including the ability to promote and offer company services effectively
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
