Job Title: English Communication Trainer (Remote)
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled English Communication Trainer (Remote) to train employees in business English and professional communication. The trainer will be responsible for improving spoken and written English skills and building structured learning pathways for each employee.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote English training sessions for employees across teams
- Assess individual employee communication levels and create a personalized learning roadmap
- Design and deliver structured English improvement plans (roadmaps) for each employee
- Track and measure employee progress through regular assessments
- Improve business communication skills including speaking, writing, email etiquette, and client interaction
- Provide feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
- Maintain training reports and performance dashboards
- Work closely with HR/Leadership to align training with business needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience in English training / corporate communication training / soft skills training
- Strong ability to evaluate communication levels and build improvement plans
- Experience in remote training delivery (Zoom/Teams/Google Meet)
- Good mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to measure progress and report improvements
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT / Staffing / Corporate environment
- Knowledge of employee performance tracking
- Experience in building training frameworks or learning modules
