## Job Overview

WeXL AI is seeking a passionate and experienced English Language & Soft Skill Trainer to strengthen the communication and career readiness skills of college students. The trainer will use WeXL's AI-powered English assessment and training tools to enhance language proficiency while also equipping students with essential soft skills for academic and professional success.

## Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions using WeXL's AI-powered tools.

- Assess student proficiency and design customized lesson plans to meet varying skill levels.

- Teach core language modules: grammar, vocabulary, writing skills, reading comprehension, and verbal communication.

- Conduct interactive activities such as group discussions, debates, presentations, and role plays.

- Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate and track student progress.

- Provide individual feedback and personalized coaching.

- Integrate career-focused soft skills training: resume writing, professional email etiquette, interview preparation, teamwork, and public speaking.

- Collaborate with faculty and placement departments to align content with institutional goals.

- Stay updated on modern teaching methodologies, digital learning platforms, and industry trends.

## Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Communication, or related field.

- 24 years of proven experience in English/communication training, preferably in academic or college environments.

- Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).

- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.

- Familiarity with CEFR levels or other international language frameworks is an added advantage.

- Proficiency with digital teaching tools (PowerPoint, LMS, video conferencing platforms).

## Preferred Skills

- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.

- Ability to actively engage students and manage classroom dynamics.

- Certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA (desirable but not mandatory).

- Experience in personality development and soft skills training.
