Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Language Trainer located in Salem. The responsibilities include designing and delivering English language lessons, guiding students in improving their language proficiency, assessing their progress, and creating curriculum tailored to individual and group needs. The trainer will also work to foster an engaging learning environment that encourages participation and skill development.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching techniques
- Experience in Education and curriculum design
- Proficient Writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their learning goals
- Relevant qualifications in Education, English, or Language Teaching (e.g., a bachelor's degree or certification in teaching English as a foreign language)
- Previous experience in language training is an advantage
