Responsibilities:

Plan and Deliver Lessons:

• Design engaging, level-appropriate lessons in grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.

Assess Student Progress:

• Conduct regular tests, quizzes, assignments, and oral assessments.
• Provide feedback to help students improve their English skills.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage student behavior effectively and encourage participation.

Curriculum Development:

• Adapt or create lesson plans that meet syllabus requirements or institutional standards.
• Integrate technology, real-life materials, and multimedia resources when appropriate.

Support Language Development:

• Help students with pronunciation, spelling, comprehension, and sentence structure.
• Offer additional support to struggling students or those learning English as a second language (ESL/EFL).

Encourage Communication Skills:

• Promote conversations, debates, presentations, and group work to build confidence in speaking English.

Maintain Records:

• Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and individual student progress.

Engage with Parents and Staff:

• Communicate with parents about student performance (in school settings).
• Participate in meetings, workshops, or teacher training sessions.
